When you contact us
We use the name, email address, project details and message you submit to respond to your enquiry. These details are stored in our private enquiry system. Contact ask@elbra.com about your information, including requests to access, correct or delete it.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. It receives page visits and selected interactions, including whether a project enquiry was successfully submitted. We do not send your name, email, message or other form contents to Google Analytics.
Analytics cookies identify repeat visits in your browser and are configured to expire after six months, renewed with activity. Google processes information about your browser, device and approximate location. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you accept. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. We remember the choice for six months in your browser. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Website operation
The site remembers interface choices such as day or night mode and temporarily keeps basic visit-source information for project enquiries. Our own website counters record totals for selected actions and broad source categories; they do not use Google Analytics cookies. Private administration uses an authentication cookie.
